Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across multiple sites?

We are currently recruiting for a peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor to join an established occupational health service, covering a number of sites across the East Midlands and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced OH professional who enjoys working in different environments and delivering a varied occupational health service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive occupational health service, including:

• Case management
• Fitness-for-work assessments
• Health surveillance
• Health screening
• Health promotion and wellbeing
• Pre-employment assessments
• Vaccinations
• Phlebotomy
• Supporting absence management and return-to-work programmes
• Providing professional advice to managers and employees
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records
• Working across multiple client sites

This is a varied role where no two days are necessarily the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys meeting different people and working across a range of workplace environments.

We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor with:

• RGN qualification and current NMC registration
• Previous Occupational Health experience
• Experience in case management and health surveillance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• A professional, proactive and adaptable approach
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
